Working with The Studio of Williamson Curran, I animated these promos for the Mercury Music Awards to be shown on Channel 4 and More 4 in the run up to the live event.
I worked on these promos for three consecutive years, each year we based the animations on album artwork of the nominees.
I experimented with different ideas and chose effects such as mirroring and kaleidoscopic movements specific to each piece of artwork and how it interacted with the typography.
